How to Sublimate Unisub Blanks

With Unisub Sublimation blanks, you have a whole new way to grow your business. Using a sublimation printer like the Sawgrass SG1000 and our full line of sublimation supplies, you can create full-color products quickly and easily.

Print your graphic or photograph using a sublimation printer and sublimation paper. When printing, make your design slightly large than the unisub blank you plan to put it on. This way all the edges of your substrate will be covered.

Adhere your transfer to the Unisub Blank. Make sure it’s secure so the transfer does not move around in the heat press.

Lay a finishing sheet down on the lower platen of your heat press. This will protect it from the sublimation inks. Then put your Unisub Blanks on top. Cover them with another finishing sheet and press at 400 degrees for 60 seconds.

The blanks will be pretty hot when you remove them from the heat press. So carefully lift up the finishing sheet and carrying it to a separate area to cool down.
