Operating System

We suggest you to use Microsoft® Windows® 10 Professional with the last service packs. Each new release of the software is tested with the newest available operating system only. Because of security reasons, we do not test the software with discontinued operating systems

However, this software may be also compatible with some older operating systems, including:

• Microsoft® Windows® 7 (Home Premium or superior)
• Microsoft® Windows® 8 (Home Premium or superior)
• Microsoft® Windows® 10 (Home Premium or superior)

Operating systems must be correctly installed and running properly with all its available service packs.

Note about Mac (Apple) Operating Systems

According with some reports from users, this software (subscription version) could be successfully installed and it is working properly on some Apple computers (Windows on Virtual Machines).

We do not offer, we do not warranty, and we do not support this software running on a Mac; as we didn’t test that enough to suggest it. You can try it at your own risk.

  Internet

For standard software products (perpetual license, software with protection device):

• The connection of the computer where the software is installed to internet is not a requirement, but it is highly recommended.
• Through the internet connection, your software will present the Live-Update service, direct communication to the service & software support sites, in-app purchase of extra features, on-line promotions, etc.
• The software registration/activation process requires an e-mail account to transfer files between your system (installed product) and the manufacturer activation server. You can register/activate on-line or off-line.

For software as subscriptions (temporary license, software without protection device)

• A high speed permanent Internet connection are absolutely necessary system requirement in order to run software subscriptions.
• The software registration/activation process requires an e-mail account to transfer files between your system (installed product) and the manufacturer activation server.

The computer must meet a series of minimum characteristics in order to run the software.

We recommend that you consider to meet or exceed the characteristics for a better performance.
