Unisub blanks are products specifically designed for sublimation. They are typically hard surface items that have a special coating for sublimation printing.
This special coating is made with polyester. The sublimation process requires polyester for the transfer to work. The ink dies the surfaces chemically changing it.

Print your graphic or photograph using a sublimation printer and sublimation paper. When printing, make your design slightly large than the unisub blank you plan to put it on. This way all the edges of your substrate will be covered.

Adhere your transfer to the Unisub Blank. Make sure it’s secure so the transfer does not move around in the heat press.

Lay a finishing sheet down on the lower platen of your heat press. This will protect it from the sublimation inks. Then put your Unisub Blanks on top. Cover them with another finishing sheet and press at 400 degrees for 60 seconds.

The blanks will be pretty hot when you remove them from the heat press. So carefully lift up the finishing sheet and carrying it to a separate area to cool down.
You can then remove the transfer revealing your finished masterpiece.
The Unisub Blanks Key Chains and Magnets also come with some accessories to get them ready to be sold.
These Magnets come with a magnetic that can simply be stuck to the back of your finished piece.
The Key chains come with a plastic connector so you can easily connect them to the metal split rings.

All Unisub products are now formulated to be UV resistant, scratch-resistant, and water repellent without the need for an additional topcoat to be applied after you have sublimated the product.
