This backing is a very good all-purpose backing that can be used for many different materials, and works very well with dark colored garments. With stretchy fabrics, such as golf shirts or sweat shirts, Colman & Company Medium Cutaway Backing can prevent embroidery stitches from puckering or disappearing into the fabric.
