The new MagnetFrame kit is ideal for hooping areas of a garment like collars and cuffs that usually are difficult to embroider on. 

Instead of traditional embroidery hoops and frames, the garment will go on top of this frame and the magnets will hold it together. It is still recommended that you use a stabilizer in between the garment and hoop to support your fabric and thread.

Hooping bulky items becomes easier and less time consuming with this magnetic set, while getting rid of having to use adhesive like sticky back tearaway stabilizer. It also allows you to place your garment securely in place to avoid any shifting or hoop burning. 

The magnets are basically doing all of the work! 

Now embroidering items like quilts and thick throws won't be such a hassle.

This MagnetFrame kit is the ideal addition to help boost your embroidery business' productivity!

This updating of this product to work on the 1201 is in progress. It does require an additional part. According to our Embroidery Trainers and Technicians this hoop does work with the Avance 12 needle machines, but additional parts. You will need the correct sash on the frame for it to mount properly. We currently don't have video instructions on this yet, so please contact our equipment support department for details and instructions at support.coldesi.com before purchasing this product for your 1201.

Yes this Magnetic Frame can be used with a Barudan. You would just need to purchase an additional accessory to have it fit the arms. You can find that product here: https://colmanandcompany.com/EMB-GRIP-EARS-205-BarQS.html

Unfortunately we do not have data that this fits the Ricoma 1502. However if you want to contact our team by phone we could try to help you evaluate.

The frame can be fitted to Ricoma 14", 15.5" and 19.5" hoop spacing without problems. The Ricoma 1502 would need further testing and evaluation.

Yes these hoops could be used for all types of apparel. The magnets are very strong so a t-shirt should not be a problem.

Due to the width of the frame arms this device is only for use on the 15 needle machines.
