    13" x 328' (33cm x 100 meters) Hot Peel DTF Film for DTF 12H2 model printers. - Double Sided

    This is a direct replacement for the previous 12" film.  Please open a support ticket at https://support.coldesi.com/open-a-ticket for assistance with setup if needed.

    Thickness: 70 microns (0.07mm)

    Double-sided DTF film offers enhanced stability through its anti-slip backing, ensuring better grip during printing. This reduces the chance of film sliding or scratching, creating smoother workflows. The result is sharper, higher-quality prints with less waste—boosting both reliability and productivity.

    IMPORTANT: New Formula

    • Time: 10 seconds / 5 seconds 
    • Temperature: 300°F 
    • Pressure: 7 / Firm Pressure

    1. Design will be printed as a mirror image with the white ink on the surface.
    2. Place the garment on the heat press and lay the direct-to-film transfer on the garment with the image (right reading) facing up.
    3. Press with a firm pressure at 300°F for 10 seconds.
    4. For Hot Peel, start from a corner with the most ink coverage and remove in one, rapid motion (like removing a bandage).
      For Warm or Cold Peel, remove the garment from the heat press and then peel the film off.
    5. Place the garment on the heat press and cover with a standard or Teflon finishing sheet. Press for 5 final seconds.
