Made to produce hundreds of different designs and graphics or thousands of your favorite full-color designs, the DTF-24H4 is a commercial printer that is perfect for high volume productivity.
With a whopping speed of 300 transfers an hour, this 4-head printer is much quicker than the DTF-24H2. Like the 24H2, the 24H4 printer has a printing width of 24 inches but instead has a 4-head design that contributes to its incredibly FAST speed. Because of this, it also features a larger and longer dryer.
This powerhouse machine is made to bring full-color designs to you quicker than any other decorating method in the customization business, without the hassle of messy inks or pretreat. Plus, you can store these DTF transfers for up to 6 months or more, giving you the opportunity to keep your printing operations and assembly lines separate. You can produce brilliant full-color prints:
The DTF-24H4 produces brilliant digital transfer sheets, handling everything from single color shirt labels to left chest logos to full-size prints. The DTF printer uses PET transfer film which is translucent so you can see the design underneath the film when you later heat-press it onto the garment. The PET film has a thickness of around 0.75mm which allows for better transfer characteristics. The films used with the DTF-24H4 are both roll-fed and designed for a cold peel.
The powder adhesive coating is what gives DTF transfers their signature soft touch because it's moisture-seeking. It draws itself into the ink of the print and chemically bonds to form a strong permanent adhesive that sticks extremely strong to both cotton and polyester fibers.
