GEMFix - Smooth Material for Rollers - 60XC

All GEMFix cutters come standard with the rollers wrapped with the yellow 'grip' material.

If your desire is to have rollers with 'smooth' material, we suggest you add this product when ordering your cutter.  

There will not be an addtional shipping charge, if ordered in that fashion.

If you order this product after you already have your 60XC cutter, then you have a project ahead of you.

You will receive enough material to wrap both the top and bottom rollers.

The black 'smooth' material takes the place of the yellow 'grip' material.

While the top roller is easy to access, the bottom roller takes additional effort and tools.

 

The plan is to unwrap the 'yellow grip', then rewrap with the 'black smooth'.

Please understand this is a difficult and tedious task.

The yellow material holds very tightly to the metal rollers and the black material needs to be placed so each wrap touches the prevoius wrap.

Be prepared for a serious arm workout....just sayin'.
