2. Provide design information

This is the fabric your design will be sewn on for testing and images. If your fabric and color combination are not avalable, the closest alterantive will be used.

If the Height or Width is left blank, your artist will use best discretion to keep art proportional. If you know the width or height you’d like, but are unsure of the other, leave that value empty. At least one value must be entered for height, width or both. Value is in inches.

This is the color fabric your design will be sewn out on for testing. In the event the exact color/fabric combination is not available, it will be sewn out on the digitizers choice.

Please list all the colors of your design, and specify which part of the art each color should be. If you want colors to be sewn out in a specific order, please advise. You can include specific color numbers for your thread, or just provide general color names.

  • Your artist may potentially make changes to your design based on discretion. These changes may include but aren't limited to, size of lettering, design spacing and test sew out fabric/colors (if applicable).
  • (for embroidery orders) If a design is for a cap, the designer may need to alter the size if it will not sew out on a standard cap frame for a commercial embroidery machine.
  • Your designer may have questions, these will come to you via an 'alert' email. Please respond to the alert ASAP. Delays in your response may delay production time.
  • Most designs are delivered within 1-2 business days. Complex Designs can take up to 3-4 business days. (Monday through Friday). Circumstances beyond our immediate control may delay orders and this is not subject for refund or canceling of an order.
