CONTEST RULES
Log onto www.colmanandcompany.com , register for an account if you’re a new client and order product as needed. For every $150 of purchases within the time frame of our contest, you will automatically be entered to win one of three great prizes.
The winner will receive his or her choice of:
• a complete set of Royal 5,000-meter polyester thread cones. The set includes 414 polyester cones and six metallic cones. The total retail value of this prize is $2,900 OR
• four complete sets of DTG direct-to-garment Textile 2 inks. A set includes one each of CMYK and White ink. The retail value of this prize is $1,550 OR
• $1,500 off the total price of any SWF embroidery machine or DTG direct-to-garment printer.
Offer begins December 1, 2007 through 12:00 p.m. May 31, 2008. One winner will be notified by email on June 4, 2008.
The contest is open to the general public. You must be least 18 years old to participate. Employees of Colman & Company, Inc and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
1. Dates of Contest: Contest begins December 1, 2007 thru May 31, 2008. Qualifying purchases include all purchases made via ColmanandCompany.com or by phone order. One winner will be notified by email on June 4, 2008.
2. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
3. Products cannot be returned or exchanged. Approximate value of prize is based on full retail value of products.
4. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which Colman & Company, Inc. may deem appropriate.
5. In accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that Colman & Company, Inc. may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using the products.
6. Colman & Company, Inc. retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitution of equivalent machine or current model with approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
7. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and applicable state and federal taxes.
8. Colman & Company, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time
without prior notice.
9. If prize is shipped internationally, Colman & Company, Inc. will not be held liable for any
Customs duties or taxes imposed on recipient for importing gift.
10. There is no limit to how many times customer can enter contest. Number of entries will be determined by dividing 150 into the overall total of purchases throughout time frame of contest, excluding shipping charges.
