I downloaded and installed from the site. It took 20 minutes to download at 30 Mbs, and a few minutes to install. I look forward to receiving my CD for the Universal Program. I haven't tried out the program yet, but there was a post about the download/install and how long it took. I am fortunate to have very good equipment and my experience was much different.

I ordered this and it took 6 hours to install. plus numberous updates, everytime you open this you install and its not a full version and they want you to upgrade. At one time it was free download now they want .01 and shipping. And they can send a link for free download. What the heck
