Patch Material will be your answer for making smaller runs of patches or badges without needing to source them out. No need for a minimum of #100 patches anymore, simply do the job yourself without any expensive equipment like a "merrowing" machine.
This material is made of 100% polyester and has the "embroidered" look yet saves you the time, effort and cost with stitching the background yourself. Patch Material should be used along with the Heat Seal Roll and cut out with our Hot Knife.
A finished patch will have a sealed edge and can then be ironed or sewn on to the finished garment - customers choice!
The Patch Material also has an adhesive backing that aids in securing the patch to the heat seal material.

Michael (Carlyle, Il) 5.7.2012 The patch making material as well as all the items sold through Colman for making patches works really well and my customers are really happy with final outcome. My only complaint is that the material comes folded in a bag. This causes a crease in the material along where it is folded. I am making large back patches for a Motorcycle club and it creates a great deal of waste trying to work around these creases. I have not been able to find a way to completly remove the crease becuase with it being shiny material it causes an imperfection that can not be removed.
