Our Heat Seal will be your answer for smaller runs of patches, emblems, and badges. This film will be attached to the backside of a finished embroidered image. It's recommended to accompany our "Patch Material" backing, giving you the ability to cutout the patch with a heat knife. All edges will be nicely sealed. The finished edge will not look like a patch that has gone through a 'marrowing' machine, but will stay together and be the best you can produce in smaller quantities from start to finish. Heat Seal Roll can then give the end-user the choice to iron-on or heat-press the patch to the garment or become a 'sew-on'.
