Return Policy

At Colman & Company, Inc. all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. We strive to keep our cost low and we ask that customers be extra certain of what they wish to order. All of the products are assembled and may vary slightly from the photographs featured on our website.

Defective Returns / Product Errors

Colman & Company, Inc. acknowledges that sometimes things happen or mistakes are made. Every item that we ship is visually inspected before it is placed in the shipping box. However, if your purchase has major defects or errors right out of the box, please email your comments with the confirmation number located on the receipt, to customerservice@colmanandcompany.com within 10 DAYS of the invoice date for possible exchange. Customer service will then issue a “return authorization number-RA#". This number must be on the outside on the returned box. We will only accept defective or error returns that still have all the original packaging, including outer packaging and inserts.
